Our green spaces stand for biodiversity and insect-friendly planting, in line with our corporate values. Apple trees, shrubs, roses, and hedges provide food, shelter, and breeding grounds for various insect species as well as different birds.
We also promote diversity among our workforce. Our new trainees come from different countries and enrich us with their cultural backgrounds, their questions, and their own views of the world – as do all our other colleagues, for that matter.
We therefore warmly welcome Danil, Farhangiz, Maximilian, and Raphael. They are starting their professional journey with us as trainees in industrial management and electronics for devices and systems.
Our employees come from a total of 14 countries of origin. As diverse as their cultural backgrounds may be, they are united in their desire to contribute their strengths and passion to our company. We carry out projects on every continent and believe that our diversity of expertise, experience, and cultural backgrounds is what makes us so successful.
