Control systems for articulated buses
The articulated bus control system must ensure safe vehicle operation in all driving situations. The articulated bus control systems are subject to approval and the specifications of the Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA). The control units must also meet special requirements in terms of service life, reliability, and protection against external influences—requirements that we took into account early on in the design process.
The articulated bus control systems are installed in vehicles by many bus manufacturers worldwide.
Measurement technology for automotive testing
We produce compact measurement modules with IP67 protection for the market leader, featuring measurement inputs for analog values such as temperature, voltage, current, and frequency.
Our services begin with consulting on series production and include complete material procurement and production of the measuring devices. After successful quality testing, software calibration, firmware download, and various climate tests, the measuring devices are integrated into the respective measuring systems without further customer testing.
These measuring devices are used by all well-known automobile manufacturers in vehicle testing. Depending on the test phase (summer/winter), the environmental conditions are at the limits for electronic components.
Data loggers for automotive testing
When analog values are measured, they must be recorded, processed, stored, and forwarded. This requires complex data loggers in a very compact design that must function reliably even under extreme environmental conditions. After the data loggers have been set up, extensive testing processes under simulated environmental conditions follow.
