Many of our customers rely on our expertise in the planning, manufacture, and documentation of switch cabinets in accordance with UL.
The UL standard UL508a is the basis for the approval of control systems in the USA and Canada. We at E.P. are registered with UL and can plan, manufacture, and document your control system in accordance with UL508a.
In addition, we can label control systems that we have planned and manufactured here in Germany with a UL label. This offers our customers the following advantages:
- Short distances and significantly lower costs for UL labeling in Germany
- No need for costly individual certification of switchgear
- UL-compliant planning, manufacturing, and documentation also serve as proof of competence for North American customers
- Significantly simplified testing procedure in the USA
These advantages apply to both individual and series control systems.
